Delivery Information
At The Busty Type, we believe in offering a purpose-driven shopping experience, which means we’ve intentionally designed our order fulfillment process to be different from the typical online shopping model. Here’s how it works:
Exclusive Drops:
Our collections are curated with care and available for a limited time only. We purposefully work with premium suppliers from the United Kingdom to bring you the highest quality bras, ensuring that you’re getting the best of the best. Once an exclusive drop closes, we place an order directly with our supplier, and your chosen items will be shipped to you from the UK.
Dispatch Time:
After each exclusive drop closes, orders are typically dispatched from our supplier’s warehouse within 5-10 days. Shipping to Australia will take approximately 1-3 weeks, though we’re usually quicker than that! Rest assured, we’re always working hard to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
Already In Stock:
If your item is already in stock at our warehouse, we’ll ship it out to you within 1-3 business days.
How It Works:
All items are delivered via Australia Post, but the journey begins with DHL express to get them to Australia as fast as possible. Once your order arrives in Australia, we’ll send you a tracking number to keep you updated on your package’s journey.
Returns & Exchanges: Because We Want You to Love Your Fit!
We get it! Buying bras and underwear online can be tricky—sometimes things don’t fit the way you imagined, or maybe the color just isn’t what you expected. No worries, we’ve got you covered!
Here’s how our return and exchange process works:

Exchanges & Returns: We’re happy to accept exchanges or returns on bras, loungewear, and other non-underwear items. All we ask is that they’re unworn, with tags still attached, and in their original condition.

Time Frame: Just let us know within 14 days of your purchase—so you’ve got a solid window to decide.

Underwear & Swimwear: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns or exchanges on underwear or swimwear bottoms. We hope you understand!

Return Shipping: The cost of return or exchange shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. We recommend double-checking the size and fit before returning, but if you’re unsure about sizing or need any help, we’re happy to assist with tips or guidance! Just reach out—we’re here to help!

Final Sale Items: Clearance is considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
How to Process a Return or Exchange:
